Cheer Tumbling

The Cheer Tumbling program helps with flexibility, jumps and tumbling. The program is specifically designed t teach basic tumbling skills and build the flexibility and strength required for cheerleading. Every session begins with a 15 minute warm up. Some examples of basic cheer jumps that will be covered are the toe touch, pike jump and hurdle. $30 annual membership fee is required for all students who attend classes.

Level 1 – Beginner (1 day per week / 1 hour)

Ages: 6 years old and above

Session Schedule – Attend one of the following sessions:

    • Friday 4:30-5:30pm

 

Level 1 – Beginner (2 days per week / 1 hour)

Ages: 10 years old and above

Session Schedule – Attend one of the following sessions:

    • Monday and Wednesday 6:30-7:30pm

 

    • Tuesday and Thursday 6:30-7:30pm

Level 2 – Advanced (2 days per week / 1 hour)

Requirements: Coach approval required

Ages: 10 year old and above

All sessions run 4 weeks long
